Tailored services

across industries

From utility substations and renewable assets to data centers, manufacturing, mining, and EV charging — Spark Power delivers the same accountable in-house team across every industry we serve.
  • HERC partnership

Spark works with HERC, which has a formal relationship with Kettle and Stony Point First Nation’s Three Fires Group — the Nation’s business arm and a 100% Indigenous-owned enterprise.

  • Local employment

Project-level commitments to training, local hire, and skill-building wherever our crews operate on or near Indigenous lands.

Certified training verified

before mobilization

Crews do not arrive on site assumed-competent. Every scope has competency requirements that are documented and verified before mobilization, and the training to back them up runs continuously.
  • Trained internally, certified externally

15,000+ training hours annually, delivered through SparkU (our internal LMS) and accredited external vendors. Spark’s Health and Safety Certification Program builds competency from new hire through journeyman, with role-specific paths for engineering, field, panel shop, and renewables crews.

  • Verified before mobilization

Mandatory competency verification before crews mobilize to high-risk scopes — HV substation work, BESS commissioning, wind work, and live energized environments. Specialist tracks like the Renewables Accreditation Program (RAP) and Technician Development Program (TDP) build the depth required for solar, BESS, wind, and EV charging work.
